Our authentic gourmet Napoletana style pizzas are hand-crafted and baked in our wood burning brick oven at approx. 850-900 degrees. Our pizzas are made fresh with fine imported ingredients (including our flour and sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes). Our pizzas are approx. 12" in diameter cut into 4 large slices as it is traditionally eaten folded in half. Please note, we do not do 1/2 & 1/2 style pizzas or pizza by the slice. These pizzas are characteristically soft and chewy with a slightly charred crust and "wet" center They cannot be baked "well done" since they are not meant to be crispy. Thank You and Enjoy!
